After many years as a printer, I can tell you the problem is almost never the printer. It's the pipeline: how the file was edited, how it was prepared, and whether the paper suits the image.
How the session works

- Before we meet
Before we meet, you'll send me three to five images, along with photos of your prints if you have them.
- The 90 minutes
In our 90-minute session we'll diagnose your complete workflow from edit to paper, fix what's breaking the translation from screen to print, and choose the right paper for your work by name rather than by trial and error.
- Then you print again
Then you print again, and I review the corrected prints with you in a thirty-minute follow-up call, so you know you're on the right track.
